Access & Diversity (Faculty & Staff)

Pursuant to Illinois state legislation, the Employment Plan Reports provide an annual assessment of strategies employed and progress made by community colleges to hire and promote persons of color at supervisory, technical, professional and managerial levels. The reports begin with demographic information about the state of Illinois, and annual community college credit program enrollments, completions, and staffing. Then, individual college responses to standardized surveys addressing components of the legislation are provided.
