Mr. Mraz works at CNA Surety as Senior Claims Counsel. In this capacity. he handles claims on surety bonds for construction projects in all 50 states. This includes paying vendors, finding contractors to complete projects, supervising litigation and drafting settlement agreements. Mr. Mraz also handles claims involving appeal bonds and self-insured workers’ compensation bonds. He has worked for CNA Surety since 2001. Prior to this, he served as an associate attorney at Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol LLC in Joliet.
Mr. Mraz received a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Term Expires: June 30, 2021 |
