State of Illinois High School Diploma Records
Diploma and transcript records are issued by the Regional Offices of Education (ROE).
To request transcript, diploma, or verification records:
Before January 1, 2014 (paper tests): Contact the ROE for the county where the test was taken.
After December 31, 2013 (or 2012/2013 computer-based):Contact the ROE for your county of residence at the time of testing.
