      1. MODIFIED BOARD GOAL 1: Ensure equitable outcomes for all students through the seamless transition into and through postsecondary education and the workforce.
   2. GOAL 2: Contribute to the economic development of Illinois by providing robust workforce training, increasing credential attainment, closing the skills gap through talent pipeline management, and addressing the future needs of the workforce.
