I need additional copies of my diploma and/or transcript to send to the colleges that I’m applying to. How do I get extra copies?
To order additional copies of your transcript, click on ‘HSE Grads’ button above and follow the instructions for requesting your diploma (diploma) and transcript.
What is the difference between the diploma and the transcript? What is each used for?
Your diploma issued by the state of Illinois upon completion of one of the HSE test and other state requirements indicating that you have earned your high school equivalency. Your transcript is the official record of the HSE test subjects that you took and your scores. Many colleges and universities require an applicant to submit a copy of their transcript prior to acceptance and admission.
I placed an order for my credential (i.e. diploma, transcript), but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Most physical diploma or transcript orders take approximately 1-2 days to process and mail out but may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please allow sufficient time for processing and shipping. Prior to placing an order, you should confirm that you have the correct recipient/administrator and school address if you are sending the transcript directly to a school.
