The Illinois Community College Board is the statewide coordinating agency for the Illinois Community College System and the Adult Education System. The colleges and adult education providers are located statewide and enroll more than one million students annually. The Board's administrative offices are located in Springfield and Chicago. Its primary responsibility is to administer the Public Community College Act and to conduct the coordination activities and provide the regulation therein assigned to it. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR-PROGRAM SUPPORT
ADULT EDUCATION AND FAMILY LITERACY
Responsibilities include providing direct support for designated adult education programs, assisting with Area Planning Councils, assisting with the Adult Education Advisory Council, reviewing grants and monitoring programs of educational providers. This position is covered by the State Universities Civil Service System and a grade will be determined based on verification of minimum qualifications and a review of resume and cover letter. Salary Range: $35,000 - $37,200
