Complete List of Modules

Technology can help both you and your future students with learning in all disciplines; activities using technology help students to engage as active learners as well as to understand concepts and skills through multiple learning styles and approaches.

With that in mind, college instructors have developed the technology-infused curriculum modules you will find here. The modules were created to help college students studying in courses across the curriculum, and these modules provide examples for you to adapt to learners at other levels. Some materials you find here may be appropriate, as they stand, for high school students, e.g., "Multi-Media Term Paper," and "Mythology Sourcebook," while other activities can be adapted for other K-12 students.

As you read through these modules, note ones that intrigue you and that seem to be good models for your own thinking and learning about designing instructional activities. After you have reviewed the modules, you can go to the "Try It Yourself" section and create a classroom activity or homework assignment; this will come in handy for your teaching portfolio as well as for your field experiences. We suggest that you begin to collect instructional activities now. You can place in an electronic "binder" any modules from this site that you want to adapt and use. This collection will serve you well as you prepare for a teaching career.
