Adult Education Competitive Grant Process for FY2013

THE APPLICATION PROCESS IS NOW CLOSED

The ICCB announces the release of the Adult Education Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for Fiscal Year 2013, beginning July 1, 2012. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements as outlined in the RFP.

The purpose of Adult Education is to provide instructional services to those individuals who:

• lack sufficient mastery of basic educational skills to enable the individuals to function effectively in society;
• do not have a secondary school diploma or its recognized equivalent, and have not achieved an equivalent level of education; or
• are unable to speak, read, or write the English language.
