Students should be familiar with the Internet and how to use a Web browser.
Students should also be able to perform searches using a variety of search engines.
Faculty Equipment
The faculty member will need an Internet connection that is reliable.
A printer (local or network) would be very beneficial.
Student Equipment
Like the faculty member, the student will need a reliable Internet connection and some sort of printer.
Cost
The cost involved is dependent on the type of computer, access method, and type of printer that is purchased;
however, students can access the Internet through a campus lab or many community libraries without cost.
